We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us through the Site, specifically:

(a) Contact Form. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name and the content of your message.

(b) Lead Magnet Download. When you request our free downloadable resources, we collect your name and email address.

We do not use cookies, web beacons, or third-party analytics tools on this Site. We do not collect personal information automatically or passively.

 

4. Purposes of Collection

(a) Contact Form. By submitting our contact form, you consent to our collection and use of your name and message for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.

(b) Email Communications. We will only send you commercial electronic messages if you have provided express consent by checking the opt-in checkbox on our lead magnet download form. This checkbox is not pre-selected. Your express consent will remain valid until you withdraw it by unsubscribing.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in every email we send or by contacting us at privacy@founderscounsel.ca. Withdrawal of consent will be processed within 10 business days.

 

6. Disclosure of Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your personal information with the following categories of service providers who assist us in operating our business:

(a) Email marketing platform (Kit): Your name and email address are stored and processed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to deliver email communications you have consented to receive. Kit’s privacy practices are governed by its own privacy policy.

We require our service providers to protect your personal information and to use it only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.

We may also disclose personal information where required or permitted by law, including in response to a court order, subpoena, or regulatory requirement.

Email subscriber information is retained until you unsubscribe, after which it is deleted within a reasonable period.
